You will represent Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values through your actions and words while showcasing your selling skills, product knowledge, visual merchandising expertise, and point-of-sale proficiency. This position is available year-round to meet hiring needs. We encourage you to apply if you qualify and are eager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Foster a customer-centric sales culture; exceed expectations to build lasting relationships. Become a product expert; effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Meet measurable goals like units per transaction (UPT), average dollar transaction (ADT), item add-ons, and customer information capture rates. Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements. Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and store housekeeping. Help process merchandise and monitor/replenish floor stock. Complete sales transactions accurately and maintain cash/media accountability at POS registers. Seek continuous improvement by partnering with store leadership. Adhere to all applicable laws and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Maintain a high standard of quality in work, attendance, and appearance.
