As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth for TC Collective. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying additional needs. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospects. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Full-Time/Part time Salary: $17 - $20 per hour plus commission and bonuses
