As a full-time Retail Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of our retail team. Here’s what awaits you: Drive retail sales by demonstrating your passion for cutting-edge technology and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the Verizon network.
Build connections with customers to uncover their needs by asking insightful questions.
Provide comprehensive product insights and recommend solutions that meet customer needs from top to bottom.
Close sales through outstanding communication skills, ensuring customers receive straightforward and effective tech solutions.
Continuously enhance your skills with ongoing training, mastering operational tasks related to merchandising and inventory management.
Expand your customer base through proactive outreach via calls and texts to current Verizon customers interested in new products and services.
Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events outside of the store to cultivate a loyal customer base.
We’re hiring now! This is not your typical entry-level retail role. Whether you’re starting your journey or have years of sales experience, you can earn from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay. Additionally, you have the potential to earn up to $16,000 a year in commissions based on your individual sales performance. Top performers can make an extra $14,500 or more, allowing for total earnings of up to $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, hours worked, and performance. You’ll need: A high school diploma or GED.
One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated via work or military experience.
A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided four weeks in advance.
Openness to taking on additional shifts to earn extra income, particularly during peak seasons.
It would be great if you also have: Experience in a commission-based work environment.
Demonstrated sales experience assisting customers in finding solutions.
Strong customer service background.
