This role is focused on optimizing the process flow and driving efficiency within the Retail Services Team, with a primary focus on achieving a 95% On Time and Full performance target. The role involves contributing to strategy development and execution, including regular reporting, conducting strategy meetings, and implementing actionable strategies across the entire Retail Services Team.
This individual will work cross-functionally to bridge the gap and enhance understanding between Sales, Allocations, Order Fulfillment, ultimately translating strategic insights into actionable data for Sales and Retail Services Team.
The role will focus on order quality improvements and optimizing the calendar to streamline processes, resulting in a more efficient timeline for future operations. These adjustments will enhance planning flexibility and provide cross-functional teams with additional time to execute their tasks effectively, ensuring continuous improvement in the long term.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop and Implement Strategy: Lead the development and drive execution of strategies to achieve the 95% On Time and Full target, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and operational efficiency, while holding the team accountable for action. Implementation of tasks and ensuring accountability for timely and accurate execution of key initiatives within the Retail Services team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Order Fulfillment, Allocations and other key stakeholders to bridge communication gaps and translate business needs into actionable strategies and tasks for all teams involved.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain regular reports on performance metrics, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Order Quality Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance order quality, focusing on reducing errors and improving the accuracy of deliveries across all touchpoints.
- Calendar Optimization: Driving Order Quality improvements strategies will help to condense timelines, enhancing flexibility and providing teams with more time to execute tasks without compromising key deadlines.
- Strategy Meetings and Follow-Up: Organize and lead strategy meetings to ensure consistent progress toward key objectives and track the implementation of initiatives across teams.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Continuously evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance overall operational performance.
What you bring to the team:
- 4+ years of related Account Service and/or Sales Analysis experience
- Professional written and oral communication displaying a courteous manner and desire to assist the customer and internal departments.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience with FMS and BI or Order Management is a strong asset.
- Must be results-driven achiever who is detail orientated, able to prioritize tasks and work with multiple deadlines.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication clear, informative, professional & effective.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet deadlines with internal and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop rapport and relationships with all levels of organization internally and externally and actively participate in meetings.
