Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retirement Sales Representative to drive new business development and client growth. This hybrid role offers flexibility, a competitive base salary, and an uncapped commission structure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of retirement plan services and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the retirement or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients throughout Indiana
Promote and sell TPA services to financial advisors, plan sponsors, and other stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and referral sources
Conduct presentations and meetings (virtual and in-person) to educate clients on service offerings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience in the retirement, financial services, or benefits industry
Familiarity with 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified retirement plans
Strong understanding of TPA services and their value proposition
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Ability to travel within Indiana for client meetings and events (as needed)
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary up to $100,000
Uncapped, performance-based commission structure
