About the Role We’re looking for a Right-Hand Rockstar — a true Jack (or Jill) of All Trades — to work directly alongside the owner in a hybrid role that blends sales, customer service, admin support, and fieldwork .

This position is perfect for someone who’s adaptable, self-motivated, and loves variety.

One day you’ll be in the office managing customer accounts and fielding inquiries.

The next, you’ll be out in the field helping customers reclaim their peace of mind.

What You’ll Do Wear Many Hats — and Rock Them All Help manage day-to-day operations, from scheduling to customer follow-ups.

Assist with sales — from handling inbound calls to building relationships and upselling services.

Support office admin tasks such as data entry, client communication, and tracking service records.

Jump into the field to perform pest and wildlife services Manage customer accounts and ensure every client feels cared for, heard, and supported. Be the Calm in the Chaos Listen to anxious customers, reassure them, and provide clear, confident solutions.

Communicate with empathy and professionalism across every touchpoint. ️ Solve Problems That Matter Identify pest or wildlife issues and implement effective solutions.

Learn to perform inspections, exclusion work, and preventive treatments.

What You Bring A valid driver’s license and clean driving record .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A love for helping people and finding creative solutions.

The ability to stay cool under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Adaptability — you’ll be switching between office work, customer service, and fieldwork.
