*What This Role Offers*
This is a performance based sales position with a qualified base pay. You earn your base by meeting clear monthly sales metrics. This is not a salaried position without expectations.
Top earners make $150,000 to $200,000+ annually by focusing on new opportunities and relying on our proven system. You sell. We support. The office handles permitting, scheduling, customer communication, and collections — so you stay out selling.
*Your Day to Day*
* Perform roof inspections and take measurements * Create clear, accurate estimates * Guide homeowners through options and decisions * Submit jobs for production and follow up with your pipeline
*You Will Not Be Doing*
* Running materials * Scheduling crews * Managing permits * Babysitting jobs
*We're Looking For*
* Roofing or construction sales experience preferred * Strong communicator who earns trust * Self-managed and goal focused * Comfortable with heights and mobile tools * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
