Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/yr.

Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bids from pre-bid through post-award, including site visits, bid walks, and meetings.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and materials by reviewing project plans, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.

Provide bid recaps to management, maintain records of bids and outcomes, and support project managers with change orders.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather accurate estimating data.

Maintain a database of historical cost information to support future projects.

Actively support internal bidding processes, brand promotion, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience as a Sales Estimator in Roofing

Strong understanding of the building construction market with the ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Edge software preferred.

Strong math, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively in a team, and follow detailed directions.

Professional, innovative, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
