Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Roofing Sales Representative with a proven track record to join our team. In this role, you will receive appointments through various lead sources, as well as be able to self-generate your own leads while attracting new clients and closing roofing sales. Your responsibilities will include assessing roof needs, preparing accurate roofing estimates, creating and submitting sales reports, and building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory. You will evaluate clients roofing needs and recommend solutions, negotiating successful deals for residential and commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, a strong knowledge of roofing products and installation processes, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping customers protect their homes and businesses.

Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- Attend bi-weekly sales meeting in the office
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
