Key Responsibilities- Manage statewide sales strategy and account development for commercial and industrial clients- Generate, track, and close new sales opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking- Evaluate roofs and exteriors on-site; develop accurate project scopes and estimates- Build strong, lasting relationships with property owners, facility managers, and general contractors- Maintain consistent follow-ups and pipeline visibility using CRM tools- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to project execution- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the RoofLynx brand- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial roofing systems and market trends
Qualifications- 1+ year of experience in sales, estimating, project management, or a similar client-facing role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset- Technical aptitude to assess roof conditions and work with estimating tools- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible hybrid schedule- High school diploma or GED required- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the state

Schedule- Full-Time - Monday to Friday- Hybrid role with statewide travel and in-office/remote flexibility
