Route Sales Representatives deliver our quality products to customers indefined areas. These customers value our superior, personalized service. Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire tosucceed as an Individual and as part of a Team.

Delivery routes involve the sale of a variety of products to established customers who consistently purchase specific items for their home or office. The average annual pay for new RSR's working approximately 38-44 hours per week is $35,000 $42,000.

Requirements:

• Delivery Route Experience Preferred
  
• Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
• Integrity and Dependability
• Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
• At least 21 years old, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving-related convictions in the last 5 years

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Basic Math and Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Operation (Tablet or Smartphone)
• Sales or Negotiation Techniques a Plus
• Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills
• Knowledge of Abilene and surrounding areas for routing purposes
