Job Summary

We seek a seasoned RV Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer obsession. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue and Sales Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, including promotional campaigns, upselling techniques, and cross-selling accessories to achieve $15M+ in annual unit sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Champion exceptional customer service by overseeing the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation via SEO-optimized digital funnels to post-sale follow-ups, ensuring 95%+ satisfaction scores and repeat business.
  • Inventory and Operations Oversight: Collaborate with finance and service departments to manage RV inventory levels, forecast demand using data analytics, and minimize carrying costs while maximizing gross profit margins.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales leadership within the automotive or RV dealership sector, with a history of exceeding quotas (e.g., $10M+ annual sales volume).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in retail management or hospitality sales considered.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., DealerTrack, Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools for lead tracking and analytics.

Compensation & Benefits
