At Trualta, we empower families to help loved ones age in place. Our clinically-validated digital health platform brings professional-level training to individuals caring for loved ones with dementia, intellectual or developmental disabilities, Parkinson's Disease, stroke, and other illnesses. Our expanding content library continues to adapt to the unique needs of family caregivers. Caregiving is a serious challenge for many Americans with more than 15% of American workers reporting they are providing ongoing care for a loved one, making a solution like Trualta more valuable than ever.
Over the past two years, weve seen tremendous growth in our partnerships with government, social service organizations, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, scaling revenue 400%. We aim to replicate this growth in 2024 and are looking for an experienced hunter to tap into a new market, focusing primarily on sales in the health plan space, as we continue selling the products and services our customers have grown to rely on.
What Youll Do
As ourRegional VP of Health Plan Sales, youll lead our efforts to drive new business with health plans, leveraging your deep understanding of the payer space. Youll bring strategic insight, proven execution, and a hunger to open new doors. This is a critical individual contributor role with high visibility, designed for a senior seller who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within health plans, including Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid
- Develop and execute a winning regional strategy to exceed quota and drive multi-year contracts
- Leverage existing relationships and insights into the payer decision-making process to accelerate time to revenue
- Communicate Trualtas value proposition in compelling, consultative ways to clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams to refine positioning, develop content, and influence product development
- Serve as a subject matter expert internally on payer challenges, workflows, and buying criteria
Who Were Looking For
- 610+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with proven success selling into health plans
- Consistent quota overachievement, with experience closing $800K+ in new ARR annually
- Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the payer landscape, including contracting models, risk, and care management priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build trust across clinical and executive audiences
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindsetwilling to roll up your sleeves and shape a market
