Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, your mission is to drive transformative outcomes for major brands by engaging with enterprise-level customers and prospective clients. You will lead strategic conversations with CFOs, work collaboratively with partners, and manage complex sales cycles, focusing on building long-term value and delivering efficiency, compliance, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing in the region for companies with revenue over $1bn.
Demonstrate solution value and align Basware offerings with strategic business objectives.
Act as a Customer Advisor to promote automation at the CFO level.
Achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, consulting, customer success, and marketing teams to develop opportunities.
Lead regional marketing and lead generation activities.
Qualifications
5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in financial systems or invoice automation.
Proven track record of delivering results through consultative, value-based sales.
Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility at C-level.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex sales cycles.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
