Description: Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. Tillman FiberCo is a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, a holding company focused on building premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for Fort Lauderdale .
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly Premise and ROA quota.
Quickly identify viable opportunities using various provided tools and either eliminate or escalate forward each opportunity.
Attend HOA Board meetings and deliver the TFC value proposition and message.
Must be able utilize Google maps to effectively hunt within provided territory.
Coordinate with Engineering and construction on site visits and project updates.
Keep all activities updated via Hubspot (our CRM) daily to track KPI’s and customer updates.
Networking within the professional community of: Property management companies, Builders, Developers and HOA boards.
Ensure project schedules and deliverables are brought in on time, to company standards and as efficiently as possible to achieve our company goals.
Meet regularly with management to define monthly goals and objectives.
Produce all relevant documentation in line with the departmental procedures; this may include participation in external audits.
Provide regular updates on status reports.
Prepare, track, and maintain accounts within current CRM.
Generate regular reports to update Manager on forecast, funnel and MTD status.
Share best practices with Teammates.
Define Decision makers and timeline to determine clear deliverables.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or related field preferred.
2+ years of outside sales experience with track record of success.
Prior work experience with Telecom companies i.e.: Frontier, Spectrum Lumen, and Comcast.
Comfortable in a highly competitive, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.
Clear communication skills to guide prospects and coordinate with Engineering and Construction.
Being able to solve problems along with having analytical, computer and math skills.
Knowledge of new and established CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
Organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
