As an Account Executive, employ a consultative, data-driven approach to cultivate relationships with property managers, home builders, real estate agents, and brokers. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to client retention, and contribute to businesses' growth through effective online advertising.
What you'll do: Independently seek new business opportunities.
Make presentations, close sales, and analyze clients' needs, including conducting work virtually/via phone, as well as occasional in-person meetings.
Exceed sales quotas and manage the sales pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends and digital advertising techniques.
Collaborate with teams for client fulfillment and optimization.
Deliver exceptional customer service and attend in-person & virtual meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and campaign details in Salesforce and internal systems.
Coordinate with Advertising and Billing teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and invoices are processed correctly.
Oversee post-sale fulfillment and serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting client needs.
Balance new business development with ongoing administrative tasks that ensure client campaigns run smoothly.
What you should have: Previous sales experience (1-3 years preferred)
Selling experience over the phone preferred
Experience using a CRM system i.e. Salesforce
Proven results in solutions-based selling
Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work exceptionally organized, independent, and adaptable
Integrity, ethical behavior, and professional maturity

The compensation for this role is commission-focused. Base Salary Range for this role: $48,000 - $51,500, excluding commission payments.
