As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team and own the full sales cycle.
Role Overview: As a Full-Cycle SaaS Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and delivering tailored SaaS solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts (calls, emails, social selling) and inbound leads. Conduct product demos, presentations, and value-based conversations with potential clients. Understand client pain points and propose tailored SaaS solutions that deliver measurable results. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts. Qualifications: 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft).
