Cyclotron is looking for an experienced, motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Account Executive with expertise in the Microsoft Portfolio to join our expanding US national sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to closing in the assigned territory. Strong skills and experience in services, software sales, and account management are required. Candidates with sales engineering experience will also be considered. The role involves developing business in your region, so entrepreneurial and self-directed qualities are essential. Responsibilities Create and manage territory sales business plans Manage the assigned sales territory independently Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities Implement effective sales strategies to manage the sales cycle and close deals within target timelines Prospect territory and develop new leads within prospects and existing accounts Manage existing accounts and identify new services sales opportunities Drive business conversations with influencers and decision-makers independently Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services to expand account services Consultatively sell by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant services Develop and maintain relationships with external partners for co-selling opportunities Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in software, solution sales, or as an account executive Proven track record of achieving sales goals over the plan year Experience selling Microsoft software or services, or similar enterprise solutions Knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365) Experience using CRM software for daily account management Critical thinker and independent problem-solver capable of working autonomously Cyclotron Culture We define ourselves by hunger, humbleness, and smartness.
