We are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager who is passionate about collaborating with advertisers, educating them, and addressing complex business challenges proactively. In this role, you will manage diverse advertiser goals and issues to boost revenue and meet sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and identify revenue opportunities within your portfolio. You will delve deep into analytics to understand trends, articulate insights, and make actionable recommendations to both internal teams and external customers. Furthermore, you will utilize Amazon's proprietary data to offer tailored strategies, assisting clients in achieving their business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Become a trusted advisor on Amazon Advertising solutions with a focus on revenue growth. Create annual brand and media growth strategies aligned with advertiser objectives. Develop comprehensive media plans and targeted campaign strategies for various brands and product lines. Assess KPIs and optimize campaign effectiveness using data-driven methodologies. Conduct thorough data analyses to extract insights and strategic recommendations that inform both short and long-term media strategies. Educate clients on performance metrics and strategies for achieving superior results on Amazon. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other partners within Amazon to enhance advertiser satisfaction and drive additional revenue growth. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in advertising and sales. Full Funnel experience in omni-channel marketing, including display, OTT, and search marketing. Strong analytical skills to derive insights and present strategic plans to advertisers. Problem-solving skills that encompass both business and technology aspects. Ability to influence and implement process improvements effectively across the organization. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in the advertising industry in a client-facing role. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus. Exceptional organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
