Position Summary

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer accounts within the masonry product line. This role requires a strong understanding of masonry materials and construction applications, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in the masonry division.

  • Manage existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.

  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, ensuring project success.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Stay current on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Established network of contacts within the construction and masonry industry.

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in masonry or related building materials.

  • Strong knowledge of masonry products, construction methods, and applications.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as needed.


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods during the workday.

  • Manual dexterity for using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.

  • Visual and auditory ability to perform essential functions, including reading reports and communicating with team members.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
