We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with specialized knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical (chemical) background, expertise in identifying and influencing stakeholders, a proven track record with a focus on achieving ambitious targets.     DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Ø Industry Knowledge: ·        Leverage technical (chemical) background to understand and articulate product features and benefits. Ø Stakeholder Engagement: ·        Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Ø Sales Strategy: ·        Develop and implement sales strategies with a focus on achieving ambitious revenue targets and market share growth. ·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Ø Customer Relationship Management: ·        Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. ·        Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs. Ø Technical Sales Presentations: ·        Conduct technical sales presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits. ·        Tailor presentations to address the specific needs of diverse stakeholders. Ø Market Penetration: ·        Drive market penetration through targeted sales campaigns, initiatives, and a proactive "hunter" approach. Ø Negotiation and Deal Closure: ·        Lead negotiations with customers to secure favorable deals. ·        Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts. Ø Sales Reporting, Analysis, and Projections: ·        Prepare detailed sales reports, analyzing performance against targets. ·        Provide projections and contribute insights for continuous improvement. ·        Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance sales effectiveness. Ø Hunter Profile: ·        Demonstrate a strong "hunter" profile, actively seeking and securing new business opportunities. ·        Set and achieve aggressive sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations.               QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS v Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; technical (chemical) background is a plus. v 10 years proven sales experience.   v Excellent communication and negotiation skills. v Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. v Ability to provide clear numerical projections and work with ambitious sales goals. v Hunter profile with a proactive and assertive approach.   E04JI800n8pv406u5fb
