This is a remote position. Regional Sales Manager – Education Market MidWest and West Region Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for making an impact in education? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities across a multi-state territory. In this role, you’ll create and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and drive growth through consultative selling. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a strategic action plan to achieve yearly sales targets. Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and present solutions. Build strong relationships with state, district, and school decision-makers. Plan and conduct 16–20 multiday sales trips per year to meet with clients and close deals. Track sales progress, market trends, and competitive activity; provide ongoing reporting and recommendations. Write proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and presentations. Collaborate with internal partners to deliver best-in-class solutions. Requirements What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales experience; education market experience highly desirable. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and territory management. Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage long-term relationships. Experience using CRM and lead management tools; strong Excel/Word skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. You’ll Thrive If You’re A self-starter who works well independently.
