In this field sales role, you'll take ownership of your territory, meeting with clients, presenting tailored solutions, and generating new business opportunities. You'll be supported by a high-performing team and proven systems designed to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, restoration contractors, real estate professionals, and insurance contacts
Act as the first point of contact for clients needing environmental testing services (asbestos, mold,lead, bacteria)
Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
Generate new business through office visits, trade shows, industry events, and daily face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
Prospect and follow up with potential customers online, by phone, or in person to find upsell opportunities and new clients
Create, present, and negotiate solutions, then close the sale
Stay informed about market trends and help clients understand what makes us different
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Attend industry events, expos, and company sales meetings
Meet all outside sales duties and hit sales targets
Help recruit and train new sales reps
Work well with your team and share what works
Use confident, persuasive sales techniques to close deals
Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of in-person or field sales experience, including meeting clients face-to-face, conducting site visits, or managing a territory.
Must be comfortable with local travel to meet clients on-site as part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Team-oriented, organized, and a self-starter with strong attention to detail, service mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Consistent top performer in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferred (B2B, B2C)
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; industry or product knowledge is a plus
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience in lead generation and prospecting
Skilled at closing deals and managing customer relationships
Industry-specific experience (e.g., tech, healthcare, real estate) preferred
Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and handle rejection professionally
Solid understanding of the full sales cycle and customer needs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel is required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Willingness to develop and maintain strong client relationships
A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development.

Compensation: $70,000 - 90,000 base + commissions
