We’re hiring a Sales Ad Associate for a hybrid role in New York, NY. This is a contract opportunity with a leading and beloved entertainment brand. The Sales Enablement team’s mission is to empower the sales organization by delivering an exceptional client service experience with a strong emphasis on addressability, automation, and unification. You’ll help drive effective change management to prepare the sales organization for new workflows, processes, and system migrations as ad technology continues to converge. The successful candidate will partner with Ad Platforms teams to ensure Advertising has the right mix of agile and core solutions that enhance revenue, manage scale, and extend audience reach. Sales Ad Associate Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal partners and leadership across Advertising to influence and develop the addressable advertising product roadmap. Consult on core platform implications and ensure delivery on new features and functionality. Manage partnerships between stakeholders and Ad Platforms, including project intake, roadmap progress, prioritization, key issues, and user feedback. Establish and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to achieve project objectives. Plan and execute implementations for new business processes within advertising toolsets. Develop, design, test, and report progress on advertising tech ecosystem improvements including Operative, IFP, Google Ad Manager, Mission Control, and other solutions. Manage prioritization, scope, deliverables, and activities of large releases or multiple smaller ones. Track progress, identify roadblocks, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. Deliver results both independently and through effective delegation. Submit intake tickets from Advertising stakeholders and review projects regularly with Ad Platforms. Capture and prioritize stakeholder needs and requirements. Plan and facilitate training sessions, create support materials, and lead when necessary. Sales Ad Associate Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Advertising Operations, Media Planning and/or Sales Enablement. 4+ years of business and digital experience. Familiarity with all aspects of Addressable media in advertising. Functional understanding of roles and technologies in the ad delivery cycle. Experience with advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Operative, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce.com) and systems integration (preferred). Proven ability to manage business needs against technology requirements. Prior experience with system migration planning, testing, and training (preferred). Demonstrated ability to take concepts from definition to launch. Experience managing multiple projects across various development phases. Strong communication skills across business and technical audiences. Experience partnering with cross-functional sales, operations, and tech teams. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong relationship-building and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
