Sales Administrative Assistant ($25/hr) - Hybrid

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales & Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including shipping coordination, data verification, purchase order management, and electronic documentation.
The role pays $25/hr, is full time (40 hours per week), and is our HYBRID out of our client's Schaumburg office (2 days in office after training)!!
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping Coordination: Process daily shipments by reviewing Plex files and customer demand.
Complete shipping instructions and generate delivery notes using SAP.
Data Management: Maintain and update daily In/Out records in Excel.
Monitor shipping quantities to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or shortages.
Purchase Order (PO) Management: Prepare monthly PO drafts and adjust forecast quantities based on current demand.
Create and submit POs using ME21N and communicate with customers accordingly.
Invoice Verification: Review invoices to ensure alignment with issued POs, including part numbers, quantities, and pricing.
Document Filing: Organize and maintain electronic files for the EMS team to ensure easy access and compliance.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a sales support role.
Proficiency in shipping processes, PO preparation, and data accuracy.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
