Work model:
On-Site Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What you will do: Maintain accurate records for internal sales representatives and external agencies/agents within designated systems Manage organizational hierarchy data across affiliated agencies Serve as the primary contact for new agency inquiries and coordinate evaluations with Sales and Channel Management teams Process updates related to agent/agency of record and internal representative assignments Provide expertise on licensing procedures and sales-related initiatives Ensure adherence to regulatory and credentialing standards, including those set by DOI and CMS Monitor and report training completion for both internal staff and external partners Support the implementation and usage of sales systems and processes across all markets Communicate with agencies regarding updates and coordinate mailings as needed Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for internal Sales & Marketing committees What you will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum of one year in a sales administration or operational support role Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new systems Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and maintain thorough documentation of administrative processes Benefits overview: 401k Major health insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan ( ESOP ) Click here for a complete list of benefits
