Position Overview: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline the operations of our Sales & Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of their work. You will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of Sales Administrators and tracking key metrics. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily key metrics for all sales channels. Generate reports from our CRM and Reporting platform. Review expense reports for the Sales & Marketing department to ensure accuracy and adherence. Manage and track partner commissions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in alignment with partner agreements. Handle the ad hoc projects as needed. Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring processes are standardized and followed. Handle administrative duties as assigned. Manage and lead a team of three Sales Admins (located in the corporate office in Willow Grove, PA) Act as a backup for the Sales Admins when necessary. Answering corporate phone calls, handling chats and emails. Manage our e-signature program. Qualifications: Proven administrative and project management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace (G Suite) Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in reporting and data analysis Skilled in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple departments Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Call center experience is a plus
