Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Sales Advisor to join the team at their location in New York City. Candidates must be fluent in English & Mandarin. Candidates must be able to work a full time retail schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Job Duties Include: Develop relationships with clients through consistent outreach Capture customer information using phone and written follow-up Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales and productivity goals Support managers in executing in-store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns Assist managers with conducting business analysis and tracking store and individual KPIs Support maintenance of the visual and housekeeping standards of the store Operate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store including the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include: High School graduate or equivalent 2+ years of contemporary fashion retail experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in English/Mandarin Ability to lift up to 20lbs and stand for the duration of shift

Salary: $29 - $34/hr + commission
