We’re searching for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Sales Advisor to drive growth, deliver results, and help clients find the right coverage. Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs
Hunt for new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building
Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline
Deliver persuasive, tailored sales pitches that convert leads into clients
Identify client needs and match them with appropriate P&C insurance solutions
Remain relentless in follow-ups and deal-closing efforts
Maintain detailed, accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and competitive products
Collaborate with business development teams to enhance market differentiation
Support ongoing training, reporting, and team initiatives as needed
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years in a sales role (insurance industry preferred)
Active Property & Casualty license (in your home state)
Tech-savvy with above-average computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
Familiarity with insurance continuing education and compliance requirements
General knowledge of real estate investing or transactions is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
