Position Summary:
Based in our vibrant Scottsdale, AZ office (and soon to be moving to a prime new location at Skysong off of the 101 and the 202 freeways!), the *Sales Advocate for Debt Validation* will focus on assisting customers who may not want, be eligible for, or suited to a debt settlement program due to factors like cost, already being in a debt settlement plan, pending lawsuits, or the need for negative marks removed from their credit. Your primary goal will be to educate these customers on a less expensive alternative that can help them secure their financial freedom and stability. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, deep empathy, and an unwavering commitment to ethical guidance.
What You'll Do to Empower Customers:
* Become a *Debt Validation Specialist*: Engage with customers who have expressed interest in loans and/or debt relief but whose financial circumstances require a lesser-cost alternative and a more tailored solution. * Educate & Inform: Clearly and comprehensively explain the debt validation processes and educate on the benefits over other available debt programs. * Solution-Oriented Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each customer's unique financial situation, challenges, and goals. * Build Trust: Establish strong rapport and trust with customers through empathetic listening and transparent communication. * Navigate Questions: Guide customers through the debt validation processes, answering questions and addressing concerns with patience and expertise. * Achieve Enrollment Goals: Work towards individual and team enrollment targets by effectively presenting solutions and securing customer commitment. * Maintain Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest level of integrity in all customer interactions. * Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new financial solutions, and regulatory changes to provide the most current and effective guidance.
Who You Are:
* Experienced Sales Professional: You possess at least 3 years of proven experience in telephone sales, demonstrating consistent success in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. * Debt Industry Expert: You have a minimum of 1 year of direct, successful experience in the Debt Validation industry. * Empathetic Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and compassionately. * Natural Educator: You enjoy teaching and empowering others, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions. * Goal-Oriented: You are driven by targets and committed to achieving enrollment goals while maintaining a customer-first approach. * Resilient & Positive: You can handle challenging conversations with grace and maintain a positive attitude. * Detail-Oriented: You can accurately gather and document customer information and adhere to strict compliance protocols.
Compensation & Benefits:
