The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for retail, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer interest and drive sales. Operate the POS system and cash register accurately while handling cash transactions responsibly. Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and restocking shelves as needed. Assist in supervising team members to ensure a cohesive work environment and optimal customer service. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage cash handling effectively. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively with customers. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus. Basic math skills are essential, including knowledge of retail math concepts. Ability to manage stock efficiently and maintain an organized sales floor. Experience in supervising or leading a team is beneficial but not required.
