This family-focused business is known for its outstanding customer service and commitment to helping growers succeed. What You’ll Do:
Provide growers with expert seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business
Collaborate with fellow agronomists to meet customer and company goals
Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that lead to results
Accurately forecast supply needs on both monthly and annual levels
Stay current on agronomy trends, products, and precision technology
Perform a wide range of agronomic duties with independence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of agronomy-related experience (preferred)
Degree in Agronomy/Agriculture or equivalent experience (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
