Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management Analyze product sales, customer data, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business growth. Manage monthly sales inputs for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Track and communicate monthly sales budget performance to the VP of Sales and sales representatives. Communicate monthly sales leaderboards to the VP of Sales and sales representatives. Estimate and track annual customer volume rebates. Prepare and communicate daily Furniture Market sales dashboard/leaderboard to VP of Sales and sales representatives. Prepare and provide key data and insights to the VP of Sales prior to meetings with customers. Track and report on sales KPIs, including sales vs. budget, product performance, regional sales, and customer-specific performance. Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Excel, and other tools to visualize data and communicate business stories. Assist in the development of sales goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Assist with price increase recommendations. Update and maintain the BDI training program manual to support ongoing sales and product knowledge. Sales Project Management Coordinate High Point Market activities, including customer visit scheduling, show preparation, KPI tracking, and post-show results analysis. Review and recommend customer price tiers based on sales volume. Enforce Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies with customers. Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to ensure timely distribution of new product information. Oversee product registration and launch processes for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. Create and manage communications for national promotions, pricing sheets, and tracking for pricing changes. Update dealer locator information and validate eligibility criteria. Review e-commerce sites for pricing discrepancies and ensure correct product placement. Manage general communications with sales reps and customers, ensuring clarity and alignment. Analyze and recommend retail floor model inventory allocations. Track and report on discretionary budgets and advertising co-op funds. Provide additional project management support as needed. The Ideal Candidate Has: Technical Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within sales or marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); SQL experience is a plus. Soft Skills Detail-oriented – Ensures accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Self-motivated – Takes ownership of tasks and follows through. Excellent communicator – Presents insights effectively to diverse stakeholders. Organized & adaptable – Manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Other Requirements Some travel required (3-4 weeks per year) for customer visits and trade shows.
