Our client in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Sales Analyst to support their growing sales organization. This forward-facing role partners directly with the sales team and leadership, providing data-driven insights, reporting, and presentations that shape strategy and performance.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain advanced reporting tools in Power BI, SQL, and Tableau to analyze sales data, forecast performance, and track key KPIs. Create engaging, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for quarterly business reviews, leadership meetings, and twice-yearly sales team presentations. Develop and automate reporting in Excel (including macros) to streamline processes and eliminate redundant work. Collaborate with sales leadership to set objectives, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement. Teach and enable sales team members to interpret and use reports effectively—supporting while also building self-sufficiency. Provide insights on business trends, distributor performance, and forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field ; advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in business data, sales analytics, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL, coding, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel (macros required) . Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership and large sales teams. A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects without becoming overwhelmed. Comfortable being both analytical and customer-facing , balancing data detail with storytelling impact.
