What You'll Be Doing
Help customers feel safe, supported, and empowered in this performance-based role. As a Sales and Customer Success Representative, you'll turn pest control solutions into peace of mind. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they understand their options, feel heard, and receive top-tier service - all while growing your skills and making a genuine impact.
Your Job As A Sales And Customer Success Representative Will Involve:
Guiding residential customers through pest control sales solutions with clarity and compassion, ensuring they feel secure and confident in their choices
Addressing questions and concerns with patience and expertise, transforming worries into reassurance
Developing tailored recommendations based on customer needs, lifestyle, and property specifics through a sales consultation
Following up proactively with customers to check on service satisfaction and offer additional support when needed
Collaborating closely with field technicians, service teams, and fellow Sales and Customer Success Representatives to deliver seamless customer experiences
Keeping detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and service plans
Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals through genuine, needs-based selling
Actively participating in training and coaching sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer engagement skills
What We Look For
