We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Luxury Lighting Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and Luxury Lighting sales, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional support to our customers with designs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

*Responsibilities*

* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. * Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers. * Meeting with Clients and Builders to go over blueprints, electrical, and Lighting designs.

*Qualifications*

* Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about products and services. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
