Compensation: $70,000 on target earnings Responsibilities: Welcome and engage customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site. Understand their needs and recommend stylish, functional flooring solutions. Provide clear project estimates and timelines. Coordinate installations and ensure top-notch follow-through. Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional experience. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills. Interest in home design, retail sales, or construction. Eagerness to learn—no flooring experience required! We’ll train you. Comfort with basic math (like measuring rooms) and using digital tools.
