Senior Living of Albany - Looking for a Senior Living Sales Team Member in Albany, NY The chosen candidate will possess a proven sales and marketing record.
Sales Manager Responsibilities include:
Generate qualified leads by creating an understanding of the value through local outreach, public relations, coordinator of advertising, direct mail, and other marketing vehicles.
Accurately maintain the Community’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by collecting and entering information about new inquiries and recording consistent and appropriate follow-up communication with both new and active inquires and prospective residents.
Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and document in the CRM database.
Respond to all inquiries timely while offering support
Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents and interested parties.
Close sales to meet company goals.
Sales Manager Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
A minimum of two years’ sales experience, in the senior living industry
A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is preferred
Working knowledge of computers (including Microsoft Office) and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
