What You’ll Do:
Hunt for New Business: Prospect, cold call, and generate leads across your assigned territory.
Close Sales: Present solutions and lease dishwashing systems to restaurants, food service, hospitality, and healthcare clients.
Grow Existing Accounts: Strengthen customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Be in the Field: This is not a desk job—this is very hands on position. You’ll be in front of customers daily, working on machines, and delivering chemical products.
- Drive Growth: Oversee branch operations, including inventory, budgeting, AP/AR, and daily deposits.
- Lead a Team: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team and work with your Service and Sales Representatives to provide the best customer service possible.
What You Bring:
A track record of success in outside sales, especially in cold calling or prospecting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven success in leading teams and driving company growth.
Self-motivation and resilience—you like a challenge and love to win.
Experience in or knowledge of the restaurant, hospitality, or service industry.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a hands-on environment.
