Insight Glass Inc. is one of Northern California's largest window & door dealers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Project Manager to join our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales in the construction industry, with a proven track record in account management and outside sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team while developing strategic market initiatives to enhance our competitive position. Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales performance, manage leads, and analyze market data. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients while maintaining profitability for the company. Manage sales projects by coordinating with suppliers and clients Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales efforts. Experience Proven experience in construction industry sales is essential. Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams. Experience in account management, outside sales, and negotiating contracts is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required. A deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior within the construction industry is beneficial.
