Innovative Outsourcing is excited to partner with The French Steel Company, a creator of custom steel doors and windows, in a search for a Sales and Service Support Specialist with experience in the construction industry. This is a new position created because of growth. The Sales and Service Support Specialist will provide comprehensive support to the sales team and CEO, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in managing the sales support functions, scheduling service visits, and implementing and managing a new dispatch software that will streamline their site visits.

This position will be worked totally onsite for the first 6 months at French Steel’s Atlanta office on the Upper Westside. Then the job can be worked 2 days per week from your home office. Work hours are typically 8am – 5pm, but an earlier start time is also acceptable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and quickly and thoroughly assist them with their questions or issues
  • Provide research for the sales team to find CAD drawings and locate replacement parts, etc. needed
  • Reach out to sales team members to remind them to complete their weekly sales reports in preparation for the Friday meetings
  • Learn a newly implemented dispatch software and be the “go to” person for teaching others to use it
  • Use the new software to assist with scheduling and dispatching service technicians as needed.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years experience providing customer support in a construction company or in a company that manufactures construction- related products
  • Previous experience working with high-end clients is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills, accustomed to providing a white-glove experience and skilled at de-escalating tense situations
  • Previous Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • MS Office Skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A self-starter and independent worker

Compensation includes a salary of $60-65,000 plus medical insurance, a 401K with 5% match, 2 weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays.
