Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator

We’re looking for a Bilingual Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator to support our customers and keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between sales, production, and delivery—making sure customer needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed What You’ll Do Coordinate daily sales and supply chain activities for assigned customers Communicate customer requirements to production and operations teams Manage purchase and sales orders in our ERP system Track and maintain customer parts lists and work orders Prepare weekly/monthly reports on account performance Monitor quality and delivery issues, providing solutions as needed Requirements: High school diploma required; associate degree or related experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage details under deadlines Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and unit conversions (English/metric) Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus
