Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and four years sales experience or high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 years of sales experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in CRM with capability of training and supporting sales team on usage and best practices
Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and works effectively with other members of the team
Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and , distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision
Regular exposure to outside weather conditions
The noise level is generally moderate
