Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join the Converse team at G-III. This role supports the sales team in managing wholesale accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including updating account lists and profiles, maintaining the PO log, and managing the wholesale event calendar Facilitate communication between clients and the account management team for in-store event planning, goal setting, and performance tracking Coordinate planning for NY markets Maintain and monitor selling reports for all major accounts Manage seasonal order confirmations and ensure weekly shipping updates are delivered promptly Verify vendor orders for accuracy and assist in order processing, EDI/order confirmation, and shipment tracking Manage advertisement and showroom samples, track sample requests, and maintain showroom organization Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure client communication and timely order shipping

Who You Are: Organized and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients Independent and proactive, yet a team player Passionate about fashion and up-to-date with current trends

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or equivalent 1–2 years of industry experience, preferably in fashion wholesale/sales Proficiency in Excel Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

What We Offer: Competitive salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year ($26.44 – $31.25 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week) Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) PTO and company holidays Employee discounts
