The Sales Assistant will provide administrative, event and project management support for the Digital Asset Distribution Partnership team. The role is focused on being a valued partner always providing support to our sales teams, enabling them to primarily focus on client engagement activities to accelerate growth and retain assets. What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Sales Assistant? Act as administrative subject matter expert and primary point of contact for general inquiries
Manage complex calendaring, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
Coordinate the setup of local and global meetings, conferences, webinars, and client events
Organize and host internal and external events, including preparation of agendas, materials, and logistics
Plan and book domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and process expenses
Send promotional items, sales collateral, and marketing materials to clients and partners
Manage invoice processes and maintain budget reporting in partnership with Finance
Identify and recommend workflow efficiencies; present process improvement opportunities to management
Support project tracking, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met across the sales organization
Maintain quality relationships with internal teams, management, and external partners
Champion new initiatives and partner with management on programs to increase revenue and achieve sales objectives for supported territories
What ideal qualifications would help someone to be successful? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years administrative experience in professional environment
Advanced MS Office skills
Experience in the Digital Asset Industry recommended
Proven ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid organizational skills; ability to organize and maintainaccurate, orderly files and records
Strong attention to detail; ability to accurately proofread documents
Strong customer service skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong professional attitude and demeanor
Flexibility to work independently and in a team environment
Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.
