Responsibilities
  • Make outbound sales calls to new and existing leads
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business
  • Answer inbound customer service calls and assist with order inquiries
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Support marketing efforts with customer feedback and outreach

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts
  • Experience in customer service or sales (construction industry is a plus)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
