SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Sales Assistant is responsible for helping our sales team secure digital printing projects, including large format printing, environmental graphics, signage and more. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, has the ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency, superior customer service skills, and general knowledge of digital printing processes. Specific training in our proprietary quoting software will be provided, along with basic training in production areas to better understand materials and processes in the facility.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Prepare quotes for digital printing services Work directly with customer to ensure accurate job specifications for quoting Obtain service estimates from outside vendors Support the sales team with various tasks, as needed QUALIFICATIONS Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter and works independently Proficient with MS Office 365 (especially Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate math skills required
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Minimum 2 years’ experience Knowledge of graphic arts, specifically digital printing Experience on a Mac Experience with Adobe CC, FileMaker Pro, ZoomInfo, a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and smartphones.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time hourly position with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, on site. Overtime on evenings and weekends may be required depending upon business necessity.
