Meet personal sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals. Perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements. Maintain high standards for store products and operations. Oversee inventory processes including put-away, cycle counts, and back stock management. Additional Responsibilities: Keep the store clean and organized, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and exterior. Assist in general stocking and organization tasks. This position requires fleet safety certification and offers both part-time and full-time availability. Primary Responsibilities: Safely deliver orders to customers. Pick and prepare parts for customer orders. Collect returns and cores as needed. Distribute marketing materials to customers. Gather payments from credit accounts on a daily basis. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and parking area. Assist in general stocking tasks. Success Factors: Basic driving and navigation abilities.
