At Raycap Holdings, we've created a Sales Associate - Entry Level Program designed for those who want more than just a job. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and leadership. Compensation & Career Progression Sales Representative Trainee (0–6 months) $22/hour, based on a 45-hour work week (target annualized pay: $54,000) Paid training with mentorship and professional development No commission during this phase Sales Representative (6–18 months) $60,000 annualized base (based on 45-hour work week) Plus commission on territory gross margin Total compensation target: $70,000–$80,000 (based on performance and business results) Successful completion of the trainee program may lead to promotion into a Sales Representative role. Advancement is based on individual performance, business needs, and demonstrated readiness. What You'll Do Learn our business from the ground up, including sales, customer service, deliveries, and inventory management. Build strong relationships with customers through outreach, support, and tailored solutions. Contribute to branch operations and support vendor-managed inventory programs. Transition into managing accounts and growing sales opportunities as you advance. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required (all majors welcome). Retail, service, or customer-facing work experience preferred. Energetic, outgoing, and personable; strong communicator and relationship-builder. Motivated to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license; ability to travel within your assigned territory.
