Fitness Sales Associate

A Fitness Sales Associate plays a crucial role in promoting and selling BODY20 fitness memberships and personal training packages. They are the studio's first impression for members and potential members. We are looking for a motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our studio memberships and/or packages, understanding our EMS fitness services, identifying potential customers, presenting our offerings, and converting leads into sales. Those with a strong passion for health and fitness along with proven sales skills will be ideal for this role.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Presenting, promoting, and selling our services to prospective customers.
• Reaching out to customer leads through warm calling, networking, and social media.
• Conducting tours of the gym to potential customers
• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
• Build community business relationships and partnerships
• Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service

Requirements

• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong customer service skills
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Ability to work at least 1 Saturday a month
• Must be over 18 years of age to apply.
